ABR’s Service Department consists of dedicated personnel who have received extensive training in all aspects of commercial roofing. The responsibility of this department is to provide property owners and managers with the necessary tools to extend the service life of their existing roof systems. This is accomplished through the implementation of preventative maintenance programs and a proactive approach to roof maintenance.
ABR customers have access to a web based customer portal that allows owners or managers to review all work orders, photographs, invoices and to submit work order requests online. This database greatly increases the customer’s ability to assess, manage and make informed decisions regarding their roof systems.
